KW’s My Edge
I showed him where I add a contact one by one or in bulk. How to contact pulls to a listing, how I do a listing. We moved on and I showed him some stock standard stuff on My Edge and trust me it is already phenomenal. No offence but My Edge is the Granny of our CRM tools. I also moved on to show him how deals are loaded on Granny Edge. I still love KW Edge for my buyer campaigns. I use My Edge every single day to load listings, upload photos, and go live with listings. I showed J our dashboard, which is pretty impressive, the reports we have access to, and the stuff we can track and manage. Then, we moved on to my favourite, KW Command. International training material, you name it. How to anything, it’s all there…
KW Command is just the cherry on the top for J
J was blown away. The data structure is easy, where you can add 1 by 1 or as a bulk upload. Easy and simple. I know he liked that. I showed him how to build a campaign of his very own, using his own voice and his own delays between emails, tasks, WA messages, SMS, etc. He was blown away. I could hear J’s mind ticking about how an admin assistant could run the little things and how we could set stuff up from his phone while doing his thing. The tools, the videos the access to international training material, international movers and shakers and their campaigns. Boost a listing via social media, and create the most gorgeous brochures on Canva (Yes it’s built-in). The rest is history.
J is totally independent and he likes it that way
J can run his own brand which is well-established he can leverage the tools though. I think what J liked was that to sign a separate CRM agreement costing yet more from your bottom line when you know very little about IT is like taking a fish out of the water and teaching it to swim. J is good at what he does. He has always been my competition so to say. It is wonderful to have him on our side now. He is going through the motions of Joining KW Select and we are extremely proud to have him onboard. I know if you are a superstar in Randburg you will know him. Well, we are richer for having him and his team Join KW. We are simply delighted. I know he is doing some one-on-one training with Ronald Van Scheltema today and trust me KW Command is going to blow the lid right off what he thought KW Command could do and I only scratched the surface based on how I use KW Command as a solo agent.
