The deadline to object to your municipal valuation is 31 March 2023 for this 4-year period. KW Select will assist you where we can with the property reports you need in order to object. Visit our website to request a valuation now. You will need your building plans so you need to start looking for those because you will need the sqm of your property under-roof.
Here is the process to follow should you wish to object to your new municipal valuation
Go to the COJ’s objections website.  You should register with your email address and create a password you will remember.
You will receive an email from [email protected]. You should click on the link provided in order to verify your email.
Log in with your password. From the home page, search for your property. Enter the address of your property as it appears on your COJ account.
