We are revising the comm split on web-based leads to a 20% referral fee!

Superheros it is with great pleasure that we confirm that moving forward, and on all the deals in play for web-based leads that we have revised the commission split again, in your favour. All web-based leads will now only carry a 20% referral fee. This means that you get more out as an agent. We have done some fancy footwork on the back end to make this work. And the main reason for launching this initiative was to:

Build a new channel for our KW Select Market Centre.And, one that will grow you as an agent and one that will grow our market centre.And, finally to grow our footprint on the ground.To get more and more listings.

Even though this lead is worth way more than just a name and a number, we will honour and support the group’s culture and values. We are going to be doing our level best to make this work because an initiative like this takes time and costs a huge amount more than canvassing. But we are certain that this initiative will work in your and our favour.

Pro Photos and HD Video

Superheroes remember that when you take a mandate on a lead you receive and accept (on Edge) that you get a free full HD Media Package to the value of R700 to support your listing. I will need you to send a copy of your mandate (1st & 2nd page) before I can schedule the full HD Media package. You will need to be present for the photo shoot. We will require 48 hours to turn the photos around and you will be sent the link by e-mail with the photos and the HD Video. You can then you’re your property listing on Edge as you normally do but with top-class photos.

Initial Digital Marketing Results are very promising!

Superheroes, we are getting great traction on our www.kwselect.co.za focus. Firstly, when you launch a side in the online space in terms of digital marketing you go slowly till Google figures out whether you can, 1 respond timeously and my response time is between 1 minute and 1 hour depending on whether I am doing a school run or not. Trust me the first impression is good and that works well for Google.
