Wanna know what I use it for? When walking through a property, I can record what I see so that I can correctly complete and conclude a valuation for the property. And, it’s so easy to work. Our 1st Superhero (Rhoda)

Rhoda Berry our 1st superhero, received the very 1st web-based lead about 2 weeks back in Bloubosrand.  She took her own photos and went live with her listing live on the same Thursday.  On Saturday, the same week, she took an offer for R1,450,000.  Then the offer fell over with the buyer not getting a bond, so Rhoda put in another offer.  Sorted.  Now Rhoda thinks it was luck but as Superheros ourselves, there is no such thing as total luck on its own.  Not accepting that Rhoda.  And, nice one Rhoda and her commission is around R25,000.  Nice to cover bread and butter.

Superhero’s x 2 (Ronelle & Calla)

Well just over a week ago a man with a very very unusual surname submitted a lead via www.kwselect.co.za.  I called back to verify the info I received online and he informed me that he had the largest and the best unit in the complex (Fairlands) and they all say that.  But he also mentioned he wanted to sell.  Enter Ronelle Grobler and Carel Coetzee.  A few days later they had the mandate which they sent through which I used to confirm the photoshoot which will be done on Monday the 23rd May 2022.  Hopefully, we get going with listings before our competitors because the seller will not consider a sole mandate.  So fingers crossed for Ronelle and Carel.  No pressure but we are counting on you.  The link for Ronelle and Carel’s listing will follow in the next Spiderman Series.
